MP's Expenses

In accordance with the 'Freedom Of Information Act' (introduced by the Labour Government) MP's expenses claims since 2004 have been made public.

This period includes the last year that Phil Sawford served as the Member of Parliament for the Kettering Constituency 2004 / 2005.

The House of Commons authorities have received a request for copies of Phil's expenses (no idea who sent it) and Phil has also received a copy.

Phil voted for the legislation to introduce the 'Freedom Of Information Act' and In the interest of openness and transparency he has agreed to make his expenses claims available on this web site. The 29 pages have been scanned in and can been viewed by clicking here - (MP's'Expenses) . They are shown as Photo frames but if you click on the frame you can then zoom in and see the content quite clearly.

Phil has also opened a blog so if you have any comments or questions you can raise them and he will answer any points you raise.
