Kettering Constituency Labour Party

Not as big as Glastonbury but almost as wet. Phil attended the Annual Tolpuddle Rally in Dorset to commemorate the birth of the Trade Union movement.

Six agricultural labourers were convicted of conspiracy and transported as convicts to Australia for seven years. The rally is held each year on the second Sunday in July. The main speaker this year was Tony Benn and Billy Bragg rounded of event on the Sunday afternoon.
